Ascend HQ: Say ‘hello’ to the future of reporting. Ascend HQ is finally ready for prime time and we’re excited to introduce our new cloud-based reporting management console to all of our customers.
Users can quickly view sales overviews, check against benchmarks, and measure key retail metrics from any internet-enabled PC or mobile device.
Sling into action: You know the drill – we’ve got new videos and we’re pumped to share them! Finish each module from all three schools by February 1st and be entered to win a 1TB PlayStation 4 Slim Spider-Man bundle.
Holiday hours: The bells are jingling, but our phones might not be ringing. Please note these upcoming holiday hours for on-call and emergency support:
- Christmas Eve: Emergency support from 8am-5pm CST
- Christmas Day: No support
- New Year’s Eve: Emergency support from 8am-5pm CST
- New Year’s Day: No support
Just remember that emergency support is reserved for system failures keeping you from processing sales. And we want to be able to provide the best possible support when you need it most, so non-emergency support requests will be reviewed during the next normal business day and may not receive a call back.
