The holidays are almost here! We know you’re excited for a break, but there’s still some work to do before the celebrations start. Update your notes (and then check them twice) to make sure your whole team knows the upcoming limited support hours and changes to UserVoice.
Limited support: The Ascend support line will be closed for Christmas on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th. Emergency support will be available on:
- Thursday, December 24th
- Saturday, December 26th
- Sunday, December 27th
The support line will also be closed for the New Year’s holiday on Thursday December, 31st and Friday, January 1st. Emergency support will be available on:
- Thursday, December 31st
- Saturday, January 2nd
- Sunday, January 3rd
Securing your UserVoice login: Your UserVoice login experience will look a little different next month! Starting on January 14th, UserVoice is changing their email/password authentication process. At login, you will no longer need a password. Instead, you will be sent an email with a secure login link at the address associated with your UserVoice account. You learn more about this change at their FAQ page.
You can also contact UserVoice at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns about this upcoming change.
SMS and Email options: Communication is a key component of your business, and we are always working to make it as easy as possible for you to stay in touch with your customers using your point-of-sale. That’s why you have the option of sending SMS text messages and emails in Ascend. With the November 2020 version of Ascend, you can also review historical data for past SMS messages and emails!
